Thank you J for sharing your success on the program. You have been doing the 3 minute program in the morning and the meditation in the evening. Your pain has decreased and when the pain flares up, you practice the deep breathing.

Fantastic. I am so glad it helped. You also shared knowing the origin of much of your problems was PTSD helped.

Everyone is different. Different results in different people. But I’m sure happy you’re doing well.
