If you are one of my patients, then email is an option. Please note that emails are not adequately protected from hackers or invasion. By using email, you agree to taking the risk of leakage of data attached to our emails. Also, a virtual visit it not ideal setting for comprehensive care. Any changes in condition should be addressed at Urgent Care or Emergency. If you would like to manage your appointment by email, then send a note with symptoms, any relevant information including BP, weight, fevers or other signs.
