Self Management BC
Self-Management BC, supported by the Province of British Columbia, offers FREE health programs for adults of all ages with one or more ongoing health conditions. Programs are offered in person, virtually, online, by telephone, or by mail for adults living in BC.
Finding Community
Chronic Pain is difficult to manage. If possible, find a friend, partner, or someone in the community who can help you with appointments or navigating the internet. Here are Resources for BC Canada.
