Managing stress is one part of that. If you look under the Help section – On-line support – travel down the page to about 1/2 to 2/3 down – Palouse mindfulness is fantastic as is Moodgym. Unfortunately Moodgym costs $ – about Aus$30.00 or so – last time I checked, but it’s a great website for home cognitive based therapy. If you’re like me, often putting yourself down, or if you have a low self image or if you feel overwhelmed, this is the site for you.
