Hi bloggers
Just a quick note for a reader about back exercises
Mild or moderate back pain without any nerve damage can usually be managed with twice a day exercises
If you click on Types of pain and then on Back – there are 3 videos that are very helpful. They videos can sometimes take a while to load if you have a slow browser. Been there – done that.
If your pain is severe sitting – then try and lie on your stomach with a pillow under your hips everytime your back hurts. Once you start stretching your back out, you will be able to do the “sloppy push up” Look for that under the three videos where it says – Pain sitting or all the time – this exercise must be done twice a day – usually 10 repetitions.
If you have pain standing and never sitting or bending forward – then try the exercises for that – links on the page.
If you don’t come right – send another comment.
Good luck
Judy
