I have added new exercises to my back pain section. Remember, if you have severe back pain, consult your physician. Use recovery poses every half hour or so until the pain starts to improve. If you can, have your physician work with you by giving you strong enough analgesia to help you to stretch your muscles and fascia. Once you are able to do the basic stretching exercises and are able to walk – even if only in the water – your pain should improve enough to enable you to decrease your pain meds.
