If you are cleared to work on the program – Try:
Step 2 – breathe – calms the limbic system down
Meditate – there are meditations on the sleep disorder section and also PTSD section
Talk to people you love and trust – find the beginning – Trauma – end part of your story
Yoga – for trauma on sress/anxiety/ PTSD
