SMART forms for pacing and practical tools

Thank you for posting a comment. I will try and work on a SMART form for Pacing.

How do we decrease our loads? Some of us have work that we simply cannot ignore. And for some people, their lives are filled with a heavy emotional burden. Share your burden with someone if you can, a trusted friend, family member, mental health worker. What has helped me has been to prioritize. That means my house is dusty. I don’t mind. Since I have been breathing properly I no longer have sinusitis.

Feel free to share in comments ideas on how to lower loads. I will pass them along to the forum.
